What data we collect

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable information. It records only the page visited, the referring website, browser and operating system (aggregated), and country (derived from an anonymised IP address; the full IP address is never stored). The analytics data is hosted on our own server and is not shared with third parties.

We do not ask job seekers for CVs, applications or contact details. Applying for a job happens on the employer's or original listing's website.

Employers who post a job

If you use the Post a job form, we receive your name, work email, company, website and the vacancy details you enter, plus your IP address for abuse prevention. They are stored on a server we run ourselves and emailed to us (if online payment is unavailable, the form is relayed by our own form server, formback.sinaowolabi.com.ng); they are not sold or shared. We use them only to review the vacancy, contact you and bill you. Payments are handled by Paystack, which receives your email address and the amount, under Paystack's privacy policy; we never see your card details. We keep submissions and emails for up to 12 months for billing records, then delete them. The published listing shows only the company and vacancy details you approved.
